Question 1

What items do you buy?

Accepted Answer

We buy a wide range of luxury goods including sneakers (Jordan, Nike, Yeezy), designer handbags (Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès), gold and jewelry, diamonds, electronics (iPhones, MacBooks), designer clothing (Supreme, Off-White), watches, and collectibles. If you're unsure, give us a call or stop by!

Question 2

Do I need an appointment?

Accepted Answer

No appointment needed! Our walk-in service is our specialty. Just come by during business hours with your items and we'll take care of you. The entire process typically takes just minutes.

Question 3

Where are you located?

Accepted Answer

We're located at 253 Wilson Ave in Bushwick, Brooklyn (NY 11237). We're just steps from the M train at Wilson Ave station, making it easy to reach us from anywhere in NYC.

Question 4

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

We're open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 6pm, Friday from 3pm to 6pm, and Saturday through Sunday from 11am to 6pm.

Question 5

How does the selling process work?

Accepted Answer

It's simple: 1) Bring your items to our store (or text us photos for a preliminary quote). 2) Our experts will authenticate and evaluate your items in front of you. 3) Accept our offer and receive cash payment immediately. The whole process usually takes just minutes.

Question 6

How do you determine prices?

Accepted Answer

We evaluate items based on current market values, condition, authenticity, and demand. Our experts stay current with market trends and use real-time data to ensure competitive pricing. We're transparent about our evaluation process and will explain how we arrived at our offer.

Question 7

Can I get a quote before coming in?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can submit a quote request through our website or text us photos directly at (888) 598-6511. We'll give you a preliminary estimate within 24 hours. Final pricing is confirmed after in-person authentication.

Question 8

What if I don't like your offer?

Accepted Answer

No pressure! If our offer doesn't meet your expectations, you're free to take your items and leave. There's no obligation to sell, and we'll never pressure you into accepting an offer you're not comfortable with.

Question 9

How do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

We pay cash on the spot! Accept our offer and you walk out with money in hand immediately. No waiting for checks to clear or bank transfers to process.

Question 10

Is there a minimum amount you'll buy?

Accepted Answer

We consider items of all values. While there's no strict minimum, some items may be too low-value to justify our authentication process. When in doubt, bring it in or send us photos first.

Question 11

Are there any fees?

Accepted Answer

No hidden fees ever. The price we quote is the amount you receive in cash. Unlike consignment shops or online marketplaces, we don't take commissions or charge listing fees.

Question 12

How do you authenticate items?

Accepted Answer

Our expert team uses a combination of visual inspection, physical testing, and specialized tools to verify authenticity. For sneakers, we check stitching, materials, and details. For handbags, we examine hardware, leather, and construction. For gold, we test purity and weight. For electronics, we verify functionality and check for issues.

Question 13

Do you buy items without receipts or boxes?

Accepted Answer

Yes! While original receipts, boxes, and documentation can increase value, they're not required. We can authenticate items based on the items themselves. However, having original packaging and paperwork is always a plus.

Question 14

Do you buy damaged or worn items?

Accepted Answer

We consider items in all conditions. Wear, minor damage, or missing pieces will affect pricing, but we may still make you an offer. Bring your items in and let us take a look — you might be surprised!
