Sell Off-White
SELL YOUR Off-Whites for Cash in Brooklyn, NYC
Off-White sneakers occupy an unusual position now. Virgil Abloh's death in 2021 closed the archive — there will be no more of these, and the market has treated that as the permanent supply constraint it is. The Ten in particular has behaved less like a hyped release and more like a closed collection.
That has not lifted everything equally, and it is worth being clear about. The Chicago 1 and the early Presto and Blazer releases sit at the top. The later, broader collaborations released in far greater numbers and trade well below them. Sellers often arrive expecting Chicago money for a general Off-White release.
There is also a materials problem specific to this collaboration. The deconstructed design language means exposed foam, raw-edged mesh and unfinished panels, and those age badly. Off-Whites in genuinely good condition are scarcer than the production numbers suggest.

What Moves The Number
WHAT YOUR Offer DEPENDS ON
Which release, specifically
The single widest variable we deal with. The Chicago 1 sits far above everything else in the collaboration, with the early Prestos and Blazers behind it. The later general releases came out in much larger numbers and price in a different range entirely.
Exposed foam and mesh condition
The deconstructed construction leaves foam and raw mesh edges exposed by design. The foam yellows and crumbles; the mesh frays and tears at the cut edges. Neither is repairable and both progress with time even in storage.
The zip tie
The signature detail and the one most commonly missing, because people cut it off to wear the shoes. Its presence matters to collectors more than its material value suggests. If you still have it — even detached — bring it.
Midsole and text legibility
The printed Helvetica text and the painted midsole detailing wear off with use and cleaning. Faded or partially rubbed text is immediately visible on a shoe whose entire design language is typographic.

FAQs
OFF-WHITE Questions
Are Off-White sneakers still worth money?
The strongest ones very much are. Abloh's death closed the archive permanently, and the market has priced that supply constraint into the key releases — the Chicago 1 above all. The later, broader collaborations released in much larger numbers and sit considerably lower.
I cut the zip tie off. Does that matter?
It matters more than the piece of plastic would suggest, because it is the signature detail of the collaboration and collectors look for it. If you still have it detached, bring it — it does not need to be attached to count.
The foam on my Prestos has gone yellow. Can that be cleaned?
No. That is oxidation in the foam itself rather than surface dirt, and it continues whether the shoes are worn or boxed. It is the main reason genuinely clean Off-Whites are scarcer than the production numbers imply.
Which Off-White release is worth the most?
The Chicago Air Jordan 1 from The Ten, by a wide margin, with the White Jordan 1 and the early Prestos behind it. Tell us which pair you have before assuming — the range across this collaboration is wider than on almost anything else we buy.
